Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach calls and follow up with prospective gym members daily.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for meeting sales targets consistently.
• Give prospective members tours of the facility and highlight its features.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the gym's services, equipment, and offerings.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Track and log all sales activities and client interactions diligently in the CRM system.
• Provide customers with membership information and handle registration processes efficiently.
• Attend and contribute to weekly sales team meetings to align on goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism.
• Participate actively in community events and build network to generate leads.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are required.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
• A passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required for effectiveness.
