Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales? Our gym is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Gym Sales Executive to join our energetic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our membership base by driving sales and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. With your outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, you will represent our brand, meet with potential members, showcase our facility, and creatively sell our memberships and services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls and follow up with prospective gym members daily.
- Develop and implement creative strategies for meeting sales targets consistently.
- Give prospective members tours of the facility and highlight its features.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the gym's services, equipment, and offerings.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Track and log all sales activities and client interactions diligently in the CRM system.
- Provide customers with membership information and handle registration processes efficiently.
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales team meetings to align on goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Participate actively in community events and build network to generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are required.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
- A passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required for effectiveness.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
