Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist/Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless experience for Health Club years in hi-end residential building. This role combines gym/sports certification, on top of customer service excellence with supervisory responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Welcome members, handle inquiries, and manage check-ins and registrations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing member needs and resolving concerns efficiently.
Rules & Regulations: Strict enforcement of gym rules & regulations
Administrative Duties: Maintain front desk organization, process payments, and manage correspondence.
Staff Supervision: Support and guide maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to policies and excellent service delivery.
Facility Oversight: Monitor cleanliness, maintenance needs, and adherence to club regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience & certification in health club/sports
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or supervisory roles (preferably in fitness or hospitality).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or gym management software.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
