Core Duties

* Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
* Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
* Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
* Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to deliver smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records, transactions, and reports at the front desk
* Uphold Marriott brand standards in guest relations, communication, and service delivery
* Support front office operations including reservations, switchboard, and guest correspondence

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a luxury environment
* Familiarity with front office systems and procedures an advantage
* Professional appearance and service-oriented approach
