Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle phone calls about room and restaurant reservations.
Input reservation details accurately into the booking system.
Work with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt s Brand Standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Exceptional guest service skills
Arabic language skills would be an advantage
Ideally with a university degree or diploma
Minimum 1 year work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
