Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining and service areas and ensure all setups meet brand standards
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and support their service needs
- Coordinate guest requests with the kitchen and service teams
- Serve food and beverages in line with quality and presentation guidelines
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of workstations, service areas, and storage
- Support smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Carry, move, and lift items as required for service operations
- Perform additional service tasks as assigned by supervisors
