Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the Guest Service Agent in handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Support guests with luggage and ensure a comfortable arrival and departure experience.
• Handle booking updates, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms (Airbnb, WhatsApp,
etc).
• Assist in addressing guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Provide guests with local recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities when needed.
• Maintain records of bookings, guest feedback, and incidents.
• Assist with administrative tasks and property-related matters as required.
• Be available as per the business needs, ensuring flexibility during weekends or holidays
Desired Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Very well-presented, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb or Booking . com is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to work as needed to support the team.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
