What You ll Do
* Anticipate guest needs and ensure prompt, courteous service at all times
* Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional manner
* Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, room types, rates, promotions, and services
* Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements
* Ensure accurate financial transactions following resort policies and procedures
* Manage communication across departments for seamless guest experiences
* Maintain a strong working relationship with Concierge, limousine drivers, and third-party partners
* Follow up on guest feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly
* Attend training sessions, daily briefings, and resort events to enhance knowledge and service quality
* Adhere to safety, health, and security protocols, including CID reporting requirements
* Uphold resort grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred
* Strong focus on customer service with a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
* Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
* Computer literacy in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage
* Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and a team player
