Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Welcome and check-in guests, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
Process all types of payments, including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards
Handle guest check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for check-ins
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to guests
Manage daily reports, including arrivals, departures, and special requests
Balance and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist with additional front desk duties as needed
Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with hotel management software
Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
