Qualifications:
Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in guest service or front desk role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
