Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere.
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in 4-5 Stars Hotels & fluent in English language (Arabic is advantage)
Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and empathy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Opera or PMS system experience is mandatory
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Certification in hospitality or customer service (e.g., Certified Guest Service Professional) is a plus.
Experience in a multicultural environment; familiarity with international guests is highly valued.
