Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with care
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing processes
Uphold the hotel s standards of excellence in every interaction
Required Qualifications :
Experience with an international hotel chain preferred
Proficiency in the OnQ System is an advantage
Fluency in English (spoken/written) is essential
Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with front office systems
