Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, process check-ins/check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations accurately, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations using the property management system.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, presenting a professional and welcoming image.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
  • Address guest concerns and follow up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
