Location: Bait Elowal, Sharjah, UAE Job Type: Full-time Language Requirement: English and Arabic Experience: 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably hospitality or retail Role Overview This is a multi-functional role where you are both the first point of contact for our guests and a support in our retail experience. You will ensure that visitors feel welcomed, informed, and inspired by the cultural narrative of Bait Elowal. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and guide guests upon arrival • Manage the guest flow and assist with basic inquiries • Support sales team with retail operations during less busy hours • Share knowledge about our space, products, and cultural offerings • Maintain a professional and warm atmosphere at the entrance/reception • Coordinate with internal teams for events, reservations, or special visits • Assist in handling calls, messages, and customer service tasks What We’re Looking For • A friendly and elegant presence • Excellent verbal communication • Organized and proactive • Ability to multitask between reception duties and retail support Compensation • Salary of AED 6,000 • Staff meals during shift • Visa Provided • Health Insurance Provided
