Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and empathy.
- Support patients with digital check-ins, appointment queries and service navigation.
- Provide directions, information and assistance to patients and families or Support.
- Support patients requiring special assistance, including People of Determination and elderly visitors.
- Coordinate with patient experience teams and clinic management to maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to creating a safe, caring and patient friendly environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Strong hospitality and customer service background.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
-Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare or Customer service preferred
-Bi-lingual (Arabic and English) will be advantageous
-Diploma or bachelor s degree will be advantageous
