Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Guest Relations department procedures and ensure alignment with established standards.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries, calls, and requests are handled politely, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Manager on Duty regarding guest feedback and requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Seek opportunities to increase revenue and enhance guest experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and data to develop strategies that strengthen competitiveness.
  • Coordinate reservations and special requests with relevant departments for seamless service.
  • Assign daily tasks and prepare work schedules for Hostess and Reservation Agents.
  • Review reservations and arrival reports daily, ensuring smooth communication regarding bookings and occupancy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor s Degree from a reputable university or Hospitality Degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience from a high-end fine dining restaurant
    • Fluent in English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Excellent management skills
    • Strong planning and budgetary skills
    • Confident and dynamic personality
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
    • Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development and applications
