Role Summary
The Guest Relations Agent Accor Dubai will be based at Rixos The Palm, a luxury family beach destination on Palm Jumeirah. The role is focused on delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring VIP arrivals and departures run smoothly, and maintaining personalized communication with guests to enhance their overall stay. This position is essential in upholding Accor s high service standards and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You ll Do
* Greet and assist guests with personalized, attentive service
* Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and special needs
* Anticipate guest requirements and deliver proactive solutions
* Coordinate all VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests
* Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and care
* Maintain strong communication between guests and hotel staff
* Promote hotel amenities, services, and special programs
* Ensure guest satisfaction through follow-ups and feedback collection
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within hospitality
* Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Flexible to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
* Professional, well-groomed, and highly responsible
* Fluency in English required; proficiency in German is an advantage
