Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met throughout their stay.
- Proactively resolve guest complaints and issues, demonstrating empathy and urgency to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct personalized check-ins and check-outs, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure.
- Gather and maintain guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and to tailor services to meet their expectations.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as housekeeping and food services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Organize and facilitate guest events or activities, ensuring memorable and engaging experiences during their stay.
- Monitor guest profiles and preferences to deliver personalized services and anticipate future needs.
- Prepare and manage reports on guest feedback and departmental performance to drive service excellence.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with insightful recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
