Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Provide guidance on admissions, discharges, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure clear and compassionate communication between patients and healthcare teams.
- Support patients and families emotionally by offering reassurance and timely assistance.
- Regularly check in with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and discretion when dealing with sensitive situations.
- Promote a healing environment through kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Document patient feedback and assist in service improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service (preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment).
- Must be bilingual (Arabic & English).
- Presentable appearance with a courteous and confident demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality systems (Opera PMS, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
