Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
2 years of experience in guest relations or front desk operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
