Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Arrival Expert Marriott International Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Support guest arrival and departure processes with a clear focus on service quality
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out related requests and inquiries
- Handle operational needs, guest requests, and basic reporting tasks
- Share local area information, resort facilities, and services with guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to resolve guest issues
- Maintain a visible presence in lobby and arrival areas to support service flow
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures consistently
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and professionalism

- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment
- Attention to detail and guest-focused awareness
- Basic computer skills for guest service systems and reporting
