Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SPARK Marketing Automation and Marketing Planning projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and resource capacity.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability across teams, markets, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, track requirements, and ensure timely execution of milestones.
- Provide hands-on support to unblock progress and meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate business readiness activities, addressing market needs and resolving gaps effectively.
- Deliver stakeholder updates and progress dashboards tailored to various audiences.
- Ensure traceability and alignment of deliverables across functions and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, digital, or technology-focused environments.
- Certified MSP or PRINCE Practitioner.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational, influencing, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Confident in liaising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent prioritisation skills with experience in developing detailed project plans.
- Hands-on and proactive, with flexibility to support delivery tasks directly.
