GTM Operations Senior Specialist BTC

Oversee daily order receipt and processing through the OrdrO platform, ensuring accuracy and timely entry to avoid fulfillment delays.

Supervise van loading to ensure the right SKUs are dispatched, preventing order discrepancies and reducing return rates.

Monitor delivery operations to ensure adherence to SLAs, and provide real-time issue resolution to avoid delays.

Manage stock level updates on the platform to prevent stockouts, ensure real-time inventory accuracy, and enable smooth order fulfillment.

Act as the primary contact for customer communication, sharing order updates, resolving concerns, and gathering feedback during regular customer visits.

Encourage customer adoption of the platform, support onboarding, and resolve usage issues, ensuring updated and accurate customer data.

Monitor and evaluate driver performance based on delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction, and provide feedback for improvement.

Analyze salesmen, customer, and product performance data to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain, Sales Support, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company systems.

Develop and deliver training to local teams and staff to enhance platform proficiency and service quality, and provide ongoing support as needed.

Support the rollout of the OrdrO platform in new cities by coordinating operational workflows, onboarding new staff, and ensuring readiness.

Track market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and adjust strategies that enhance platform competitiveness.
