Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Utilize various digital marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences
• Create and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure media coverage
• Create and distribute press releases and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility
• Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with followers and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and PR efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and PR
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven work experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, PR Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
• Experience in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of PR strategies and experience in media relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
