Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of detailed project plans and schedules. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery across multiple projects and business units.
- Oversee Scheduling and planning and provide guidance on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, Ensure proactive risk management and issue resolution across all projects.
- Update Schedule and Continual Progress monitoring on projects and on the overall Portfolio.
- Establish and maintain robust cost control systems, monitor budgets, and analyze variances. Provide input for financial forecasting, reporting, and optimization of project expenditures.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve project controls procedures, tools, and templates.
- Standardize monitoring and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all projects.
- Define, track, and analyze project KPIs to assess performance and drive informed decision-making.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights are readily available.
- Provide input and guidance on contract claims, variations, and change orders.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational quality standards.
- Conduct detailed delay and root-cause analyses to support dispute resolution.
- Actively participate in value engineering initiatives to optimize project performance.
- Ensure accurate project data collection, storage, maintenance, and governance.
- Oversee document control processes, including SharePoint and Oracle systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting, forecasting, and audits.
- Consolidate project reports and provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to senior management.
- Ensure reporting processes capture risks, delays , issues, dependencies, costs, and performance trends across all projects.
- Lead the integration of IT digital platforms (Oracle, dashboards, SharePoint) into project controls and reporting workflows.
- Promote best practices in data-driven project management and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement training programs to build skills and sustain high-quality project controls standards across the organization.
- Ensure project teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to execute their roles effectively.
- Assess project controls resource requirements and allocate personnel effectively across projects and BUs.
- Coordinate with project managers and relevant Functions and BUs to optimize team utilization and ensure coverage of critical project controls activities.
