Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging project reports, including status updates and performance summaries, to effectively communicate key project metrics to stakeholders.
  • Develop standardized templates for reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure consistency and professionalism across all PMO communications.
  • Create compelling visual aids, such as infographics, charts, and diagrams, to simplify complex project data and enhance understanding.
  • Collaborate with PMO teams to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project management communication needs.
  • Enhance presentations for project managers and leadership, incorporating visuals that make information clearer and more impactful.
  • Design user-friendly dashboards and visual tools that provide real-time insights into project performance, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization s branding in all PMO deliverables, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Support change management efforts by creating visual materials, such as posters and newsletters, that effectively communicate key initiatives.
  • Improve the layout and visual clarity of project documentation, making complex documents easier to read and reference.
  • Produce digital and print communication materials, such as newsletters and stakeholder bulletins, to keep all parties informed of project progress.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of visual content, continuously refining designs based on feedback to improve communication efficiency.


Qualifications

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing visual content and reports for projects and programs, ideally within the Construction or related industries.
  • Extensive experience in creating visual solutions for project controls elements, including data visualization and report design.
  • Ability to think creatively, identify new design opportunities, and develop innovative approaches to visual communication challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge and extensive experience working with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office.
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and design consistency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially for project-related deliverables.
