Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to a wide variety of projects. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand's vision and ensure that all marketing and communications materials are aesthetically pleasing and consistent. You will work closely with other designers, marketers, and content creators to produce everything from packaging to web graphics to print advertising. The ideal candidate is someone with a sharp design eye, a pulse on current design trends, and the ability to transform creative briefs into stunningly effective visual solutions. A passion for design with attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines is crucial in this role.


Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design concepts and layouts for both print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative design strategies.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas to team members for feedback.
  • Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and specifications clearly.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Update design knowledge and skills in line with emerging industry trends.
  • Work closely with copywriters to create cohesive and impactful advertising campaigns.
  • Produce drafts, prototypes, and finished design work within deadline constraints.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients and other stakeholders into final designs.
  • Review and proof designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Stay current with the latest design software and computer technologies to maintain design proficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 3 years of professional design experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
  • A strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
