Roles & Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation: Design captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital campaigns, social media, website assets, email marketing, packaging, and print collateral in alignment with Nice one s brand standards.

  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve Nice one s visual identity by ensuring cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organize, update, and maintain the company s library of design assets and templates to support efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, content, and product teams to deliver design solutions that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas, mood boards, and creative concepts to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and are optimized for various platforms including web, mobile, and print.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Nice one s visuals innovative and competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced digital environments.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and other visual tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects for web, social media, and print.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Detail-focused mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize workload, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and gender-neutral workplace.
