Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and professional Senior Graphic & Experience Designer with extensive experience in advertising, event management, exhibition execution, and wooden décor design. The ideal candidate will create visually appealing content that effectively communicates a brand’s message and transforms creative concepts into outstanding visual designs, both in physical and digital environments. This role involves designing immersive design that engage users emotionally and functionally, often working in fields like event design, Events & exhibitions, retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Design and execute advertising and promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and branding projects.
• Develop high-quality visual content, including digital and print designs, branding elements, and marketing collateral.
• Create immersive environments for events, museums, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Develop interactive digital experiences, including AR/VR and spatial design.
• Collaborate with architects, marketers, and tech teams to create cohesive experiences.
• Use 3D modeling, projection mapping, and interactive technology.
• Conduct research on audience behavior to enhance engagement and ensure experiences align with branding and storytelling goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on global design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge creative approach.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or Experience Designer in advertising, events, or exhibitions.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong skills in 3D design software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D) are a plus.
• Exceptional creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality and diverse design projects is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event branding, stage design, booth setups, and interactive visual experiences.
• Familiarity with wooden décor manufacturing and exhibition stand construction.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage
