Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and produce visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, stories, and ads
Create engaging website banners that reflect seasonal offers, destinations, and travel promotions
Design visually appealing newsletters in line with brand guidelines to support email marketing efforts
Edit and enhance images, travel vouchers, and promotional materials as needed by the team
Ensure all visual content aligns with the agency s branding, tone, and messaging
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts that support travel packages and campaigns
Adapt designs for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, print) while maintaining high-quality standards
Assist with ad-hoc design requests from internal teams, ensuring quick turnaround and attention to detail
Stay updated with design trends in the travel and tourism industry to bring fresh ideas to campaigns
Maintain and organize design files and templates for consistency and reusability
Standard Responsibilities (Profession Wide)

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
Ensure consistency in layout, typography, and color use
Adapt designs for different platforms and formats (digital and print)

Job Requirements, Qualifications and Skills
2 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the travel or marketing sector
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Skilled in creating digital content for social media, websites, and emails
Strong communication and teamwork skills
