Roles & Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital content, including social media graphics, ads, promotional materials, website visuals, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand goals and messaging.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency in style and tone.
  • Create and deliver high-quality designs for presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Work on web design projects and web-based assets to support online campaigns.
  • Provide design support for internal communications and company presentations.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of designs across various formats and platforms (web, mobile, print, etc. ).
  • Assist in the creation and development of visual guidelines and style guides to streamline design processes.
  • Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure alignment with the overall vision and brand strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ).

Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (social media, digital, print, etc. ).

Experience with video editing and motion graphics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
