Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, menus, social media posts, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to develop visual concepts that align with Matana Group s brand identity.
  • Create engaging visual content to support campaigns for hospital catering, corporate events, and restaurant promotions.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Prepare and finalize artwork for production, working closely with printers and vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards relevant to the food and hospitality industry.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access and efficient workflow

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5 : 7years.
  • English language: Very Good
  • Preferably experience in food.
  • Salary: Attractive package.
  • Max age 35 years old.
  • Working experience with image design tools (Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the food and hospitality sector.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
