Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling digital assets that drive engagement and conversions across web, social, and email channels. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, combining storytelling, conversion-focused design, and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva, with a strong grasp of design psychology, layout, and visual hierarchy. They will work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into cohesive, high-performing visuals that elevate brand presence and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

  • Design social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand identity.

  • Create carousels, hooks, and conversion-driven layouts optimized for engagement and performance.

  • Produce YouTube thumbnails, product visuals, and other marketing collateral that attract attention and encourage interaction.

  • Translate creative briefs into high-quality, on-brand design deliverables.

  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive, premium visual identity.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop visually engaging, mobile-responsive Klaviyo email designs.

  • Contribute creative ideas to campaign strategy, balancing aesthetic appeal with conversion goals.

  • Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles to improve design effectiveness.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all design touchpoints.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.

  • Apply strong typography, layout, and color theory principles to every project.

  • Use an understanding of design psychology and user behavior to inform creative decisions.

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and basic HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.

  • Write clear, visually effective captions or text overlays when needed.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven portfolio of high-quality, conversion-focused digital design work.

  • Experience designing for multiple platforms, including social media, email, and web.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems.

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design execution.
