Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including course materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with educators, content creators, and marketing teams to produce visually compelling assets that align with Ayed Academy s brand identity.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and infographics to enhance the learning experience for students.
  • Ensure consistency in visual elements across all digital and print materials.
  • Adapt and optimize graphics for various formats, including web, mobile, and print.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new campaigns and educational content.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and EdTech.
  • Assist in the creation of branding guidelines and ensure their implementation across all visual assets.
  • Design professional presentations, documents, and visual materials.
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver creative assets.
  • Prepare final files for both digital and print use.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with designing for educational or EdTech platforms is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
