Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in photography to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating all visual content for our glassware products, including artworks, designs, die-cuts, and overseeing the printing process with suppliers and printing shops.
  • This role also involves managing the visual aspects of our factory, products, website, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artworks and Designs: Create and develop visual content for glassware products, including packaging, labels, and promotional materials.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality images of products for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Printing Process: Collaborate with printing suppliers and printing shops to ensure accurate and high-quality production of designs.
  • Website and Online Tasks: Design and update visual content for the company website and online platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max, and other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Photography Skills: Proven experience in product photography and photo editing.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D Max, and other graphic design software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Printing Processes: Understanding of various printing techniques and materials.
