Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, interpret and apply market trends appropriate to the brand/ target customer
- Manage development of placement/all-over prints for Ladieswear
- Be able to develop both screen and digital/sublimation prints
- Work closely with the Department Head on seasonal direction
- Be actively involved in trend presentations
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams
- Plan and execute seasonal print requirements in a fast-paced environment, as per the set critical path
Skills and Capabilities:
- Have a strong eye for color, graphics and prints
- Have a good knowledge of graphic and print techniques
- Team player with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills (in English)
- Ability to manage seasonal deadlines
- Excellent ability to sketch and render in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Previous experience on DTR/License Graphic Design will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of a BA Qualification in Fashion Design
Experience Required:
4-8 years of proven professional experience in a similar role.
A minimum of a BA Qualification in Print Design/ Textile Design/ Fine Arts/ Graphic Design or a similar degree
- 2-5 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
