Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for online and print media across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and design objectives.
• Create infographics and other visual content to enhance marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all design deliverables across different media.
• Develop and maintain a library of design assets for future use.
• Generate new ideas for visual content aligned with branding strategies.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Plan and execute photo shoots and manage image editing processes.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects.
• Work with third-party vendors to produce high-quality print materials.
• Regularly review feedback and refine designs as needed to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with both digital and print media design formats and techniques.
