Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts to captivate consumers and convey inspiring messages.
• Create various designs for digital and print media, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce creative assets.
• Work closely with clients to define design scope and understand project objectives.
• Amend designs according to client feedback and stay open to constructive criticism.
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the latest design technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Create templates and style guides to maintain consistency across all design platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Review and cross-check designs for errors before final release or publication.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a solid portfolio of work samples.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and color theory.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
