Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design high-quality, on-brand visual assets across:
- Social media (static & campaign visuals)
- Website and app visuals
- Launch campaigns and marketing materials
- Print assets (posters, flyers, signage, packaging elements)
- Create brand and marketing presentations with strong visual storytelling
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Adapt and expand existing design systems (icons, typography, layouts)
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies
- Support major launches and ongoing brand initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
Solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout systems
- Color theory
- Visual hierarchy
- Experience working within brand systems and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage high workloads
- A portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, high-quality design work
Desired Candidate Profile
2 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
A motivated, proactive designer who takes ownership of their work
A strong team player who collaborates well with different departments
Someone who can handle large volumes of work without compromising quality
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines
