Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with the institute s branding and educational goals.
  • Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to support language learning content and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of visual elements across all platforms and materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
  • Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and clarity for various educational and promotional uses.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring files are print-ready and optimized for digital distribution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the institute s visual communication strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual materials.
  • Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality production of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an educational or creative environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.
  • Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with preparing files for print and digital publication.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced, creative office setting.
