Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Urban Planner within KEO’s Planning and Landscape Architecture Division. Working as Urban Planner you will be responsible for contributing to master plans for the regulation and development of urban areas for some of the most prestigious and internationally recognised projects within the region.

 

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

Supporting senior planners on major Master Planning projects for new and existing urban precincts.
Assisting with the production of planning reports and proposals by producing supporting text, plans, charts, and tables.
Thorough understanding of land use planning principles and practices, urban design principles and practices, urban design guidelines and development control regulations.
Strong communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong Client focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or related discipline.
Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic would be highly regarded.
Please note that this role is only open for UAE Nationals.
