Job Description

WSP in the Middle East is seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati National Graduate to join our Finance team as a Graduate-Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, compliance, and statutory reporting within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing tax filings and related documentation to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

Support the compilation and submission of statutory financial statements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.

Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant financial laws, policies, and procedures.

Contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation activities as required.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

Open to UAE Nationals only (Emirati with a valid Family Book).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience.

Interest in developing a career in taxation, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic financial tools.

Strong communication skills and attention to details.
