Roles & Responsibilities

Join JLL's dynamic consulting team as a Graduate Consultant specializing in Work Dynamics, where you'll help organizations optimize their workplace strategies and create environments that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants in developing workplace strategies aligned with client business objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis on workplace trends, space utilization, and organizational needs
  • Assist in creating data-driven recommendations for workspace optimization

Work Dynamics Analysis

  • Analyze workplace utilization patterns and employee behavior data
  • Support space planning initiatives using activity-based working principles
  • Contribute to change management strategies for workplace transformations

Client Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Help facilitate workplace strategy sessions and design thinking workshops

Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research on workplace trends and best practices
  • Analyze occupancy data and space utilization metrics
  • Support the development of business cases for workplace initiatives

Project Support

  • Assist in project management activities and deliverable preparation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain project documentation and client communications

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong academic performance with relevant coursework

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Interest in workplace design and organizational behavior
