Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced coordination and presentation of company communications and daily interactions with government representatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key governmental entities, including the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), the General Authority for Investment, and the Industrial Establishment Authority, to support company operations and ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely renewal and management of essential company documents, including the commercial registry, tax card, and industrial registry, in alignment with legal requirements.
- Oversee and review service and commercial contracts to ensure they comply with company policies and regulations, in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain formal, collaborative relations with all governmental entities to ensure coordinated approach on government relations at all levels in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, social insurance, labor offices, electricity, water, telecommunication, etc, on regular basis to ensure smooth work procedures with these government entities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree Law is a must.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory compliance, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of government processes, regulatory frameworks, and public policy development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex legislation and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for meetings and events.
