Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
2. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.
3. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
4. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
5. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
6. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
7. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
8. Sorting and distributing mail.
9. Provide excellent customer service.
10. Scheduling appointments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any relevant Degree
Experience: 0-2 Years of Experience
Skills: Excellent communication skills, English both written and oral
Language: Fluency in Arabic & English.
