Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out global learning programs.
  • Support the deployment of leadership development, onboarding, and functional training initiatives.
  • Monitor participation, feedback, and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving learning experiences based on data and feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding L&D activities.
  • Ensure alignment with global learning strategies and cultural relevance across markets.
  • Maintain and update learning records and systems (e.g., LMS).

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or regional capacity.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
