Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out global learning programs.
- Support the deployment of leadership development, onboarding, and functional training initiatives.
- Monitor participation, feedback, and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving learning experiences based on data and feedback.
- Act as a point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding L&D activities.
- Ensure alignment with global learning strategies and cultural relevance across markets.
- Maintain and update learning records and systems (e.g., LMS).
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
