Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate job changes to ensure smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
Analyze and optimize forming parameters to improve process stability and product quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forming lines to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and design teams to support new product development and industrial trials.
Train and support forming operators to strengthen technical know-how and best practices.
Monitor production KPIs and propose corrective actions for performance improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years experience in glass forming or a similar production environment.
Strong knowledge of IS machine operation, job setup, and process control.
Proven record of process and product improvement achievements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
