Appointing proper personnel as per the requirement of the Company on a timely basis and with the proper qualifications within the budgetary needs.

Keeping turnover of personnel to a minimum by managing properly the requirements of the job and the stress level of the personnel together with their individual needs (not to exceed 5% per year).

Assuring competent manpower by training, developing, compensating and evaluation of future developments. Yearly appraisals for all employees.

Clearly delegate responsibilities to subordinates and other supervisor staff as such to obtain a high level of motivation and performance.

Standardizing personnel service agreement and fringe benefits in accordance with company s personnel policies.

Control of all company assets, inventory, tools and stocks under your responsibility.

To carry out the procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, etc. as per company procedures and standards.

Conducting site visits to ensure efficient and trouble free operations of equipment and personnel.

Present to Well Testing Manager all reports, statistics and summaries pertaining to all your activities such as site visits, self audits, customer visits, monthly performance, weekly receivables, HSEQ performance, etc. on a timely basis.

Ensure that company policies are implemented within the area of responsibility and report any misconduct, undue behavior or violation by employees and process corrective action/measures.

To carry out other duties as may be directed by the Management.

Maintain and update certificates of equipment issued by third party.

Plan and co-ordinate necessary maintenance program of equipment and maintain related documents.

Ensure that suppliers, sub-contractors, fabricators, etc. are complying with company s codes and standards.

Up-date Operations Failure Record including results of investigations and corrective actions.

Provide all necessary support to all Service Line / Department

Maintain efficient and profitable operations with equipment and personnel in accordance with established good oil-field practices.

Enhance company s services and capabilities by indulging in a continuous innovation and improvement vis-a-vis with up to date technology.

Co-ordinate with customers personnel to ensure trouble free execution of contracts and complete the job file questionnaire.

Implementing HSEQ Policy requirements.

Establishing HSEQ objectives and targets to meet the Company HSEQ objectives and safety plan.

Establishing procedures and controls to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the HSEQ Management System.

Identification of training needs to enable all personnel to meet Company objectives and safety targets.

Establishing methods for consultation with all employees on HSEQ matters.

Promptly investigating accidents and incidents and near miss reports and providing effective follow-up.

Demonstrating a clear commitment to HSEQ policy matters.

Keep good communication with all employees on HSEQ Management System matters thru memos, email, bulletin board notification, etc.

Conduct Timely safety meetings and effective follow-up on all HSE matters.
