Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to identify health issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Manage chronic diseases by regularly monitoring patient progress and adjusting management strategies as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications for improved outcomes.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in more complex surgeries, demonstrating proficiency and precision.
  • Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Stay abreast of medical advancements and integrate new evidence into clinical practice to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness and preventive care within the population served.
  • Provide timely consultations and respond to medical inquiries, maintaining a strong patient-provider relationship.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MD or equivalent degree in Medicine from a recognized institution, ensuring a strong foundation in medical knowledge.
  • Valid medical license to practice, demonstrating adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or primary care setting, showcasing hands-on proficiency.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, enabling efficient patient data management.
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in English and local languages, to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data and make informed decisions in patient care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and clarity of thought.
