Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and growth-driven leader to join us as General Manager - Sales & Marketing, Middle East. Based out of Dubai, this is your opportunity to drive impact across a dynamic region while being part of a global success story. You’ll lead corporate outreach, marketing strategies, and regional growth initiatives - all while working in one of the world’s most respected global service brands.
What You’ll Champion
• Lead bold, insight-led and result-oriented marketing and sales campaigns across the region
• Build strategic partnerships that fuel growth and business impact
• Engage CXOs to drive enterprise deals, influence buying decisions, and close high-value
partnerships
• Shape the narrative of one of the world’s most trusted service brands
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5+ years in marketing and sales, with B2B2C and social media experience
• Minimum 5 years in the UAE market (preferred)
• Strong regional insight and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals
• Arabic skills a plus; multinational experience preferred
