Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction to the company s operations, project teams.

Develop and implement strategic business strategic to achieve company goals and objectives.

Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time within budget, and according to specifications.

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, construction standard, safety policies, and quality assurance requirements.

Lead business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding client base.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.

Foster strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, subcontractor and suppliers.

Recruits, mentor, and develop senior staff to build a high-performing management team.

Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to guide company growth.

Report directly to the Board of Directors/Owner with regular updates on company performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, construction Management, or related field (Master s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in a senior management/leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully in managing large-scale construction, building or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic Proficiency is an advantage).
